「ASIAN VEGAN CONNECT 2025」（の展示会 PLANT BASED MARKET）は、
朝日新聞社主催『GOOD LIFE フェア2025』のプラントベースエリア内で開催します。(↓画像は参考として前年の会場map）

 

①開催概要・出店規約の確認  /  Check the exhibitor rules.

 

Please be sure to read the following two points before applying to exhibit: ① “PLANT BASED MARKET Exhibitor Terms and Conditions (for Japanese Exhibitors)” and ② [GOOD LIFE Fair 2024 Event Report].

②出店エントリー  / Entry period　(2025年5月27〜7月31日まで/ Deadline: July 31)

＊メールアドレス・出店のやりとり（書類作成）など、モバイルアドレスには対応していません、PC環境がない方は出展を承れませんので予めご了承ください。

*Mobile addresses are not supported for email addresses or exchanges regarding exhibits (document preparation), and we will not be able to accept exhibitors who do not have access to a PC.

 

③事務局で選考 / examination

*The secretariat will select the exhibitors, and if there are no problems, we will send you the documents necessary to open a store. (The selection process may take more than a week.)
＊事務局で出店選考をさせていただき、問題がなければ出店に必要な書類をお送りします。（選考には1週間以上かかる場合もございます）
＊過去に出店経験のある店舗でも選考し出店いただけない場合がございます。

 

④出展料の支払い / Payment of exhibition fee

*Please make the payment within 10 days after receiving the approval email from the secretariat.
＊事務局からの出店承認メール到着後、10日以内にお振込ください
＊Instagramのストーリーズで出店決定の速報告知をしますので、告知用画像を先に1枚ご用意ください（貴社ロゴ or 販売予定の商品画像）
(Instagramのポストで出店紹介の画像は別で掲載しますので期日までに再度正式なものをご提出ください）

 

 

⑤必要書類の完了 / Submission of documents   (7月31日〆切/ Deadline: July 31）
