| Profile | 1967年（昭和42年）愛知県名古屋市生まれ。 祖母、両親とも1960年頃から穀物菜食を実践する家庭に育つ。 思春期頃から菜食に反発し肉食中心の生活をしていたが、21歳のときに体調を崩し、菜食の良さに開眼する。現在はプラントベースフードを専門に製造販売する㈱かるなぁを通じて菜食食材の普及、及び日本プラントベース市場協会 理事としてVEGAN / PLANT BASEDの認知・市場拡大のために活動している。 |
